Poor service on repairing my sunroof on 2017 ford 150. Try to charge me for entire motor and just needed new tracks kit. Once I brought to their attention, then found out warranty didn’t cover it. So took it to Ford in Hickory - where I purchased and they took care of my problem - hassle free. Green ford didn’t even put my sunroof back together correctly. Never will go back to Green Ford. Service was fast and complete. Really would’ve liked to see the folks getting in and out of my car wearing a mask in this time. There were no masks and gloves worn by people driving my car. Was very please right off the bat. Curtis our sales man let us look at a few cars before he came over to us. I DO NOT LIKE BEING POUNCED ON AS SOON AS WE GET OUT OF THE CAR. Curtis did not do that. Fewer bells and whistles but that ok I had to do what worked for me. He was very pleasant to talk to. Even came to Asheboro to pick up my trade in and when I couldn't find title he didn't get upset and went along in what we had to do. Hours long. Would recommend Curtis to anyone looking. More
