Very friendly and patient in working with me to get an error corrected. My oil change was supposed to be free when Service Dept was made aware of this they put a check in the mail the next day. This was a horrible experience. The customer service associate was consistently rude and unhelpful. Not happy with the service any of the 3 times I have been there. Had my truck all day and did nothing I brought it in for. I guess I was expected to leave it for several days to fix seatbelt.
