Tim, in the Lincoln Service Dept always does an outstanding job of getting the problem solved. This dealer is concerned about its customers. From the gentleman in the lobby offering coffee and a chance to come in before they opened, to the service members arranging the service, to the parts depar gentleman in the lobby offering coffee and a chance to come in before they opened, to the service members arranging the service, to the parts department helping me to buy some accessories for my truck. They treated me like I was special, not just a customer! The sales team did the same when I bought the truck. My only problem is the dealer is in Greensboro not Raleigh! With the drive. Everyone I spoke with was absolutely wonderful & very helpful from the gentleman cleaning the showroom, to the staff @ front desk, other sales staff (they all offered me coffee = 10 stars) on up to the f helpful from the gentleman cleaning the showroom, to the staff @ front desk, other sales staff (they all offered me coffee = 10 stars) on up to the finance lady.
