Sonya and Kevin were really nice however, when I was due to return the rental Sonya left me a message that left me feeling a little uneasy. She (Sonya) stated in a phone message to me that Kevin had called me twice to let me know that my vehicle was ready but that’s not true Kevin called me once and I was not able to call him back right away nor did he mention in his message that my car was ready. He stated that he had a few things to tell me about my car and that was it. . Sonya also stated that I had agreed to turn the rental back in as if I was trying to steal the rental from Ford. I did not appreciate that at all. I had the vehicle twenty-four hours because I had no idea my car was ready before Ford closed for the day. Had Kevin told me in his one and only phone call, I could have made arrangements to return the rental on the same day. More

The techs were not able to locate the leak on my tire. They pumped it up and put the tire on the vehicle and sent me on my way - the single mother of 2.
