Pleased with the warranty work performed. Only negative comment is that I had to call back just before closing about truck readiness the first time it was brought in. Too late in the day to fight traffic from McLeansville, so truck had to stay overnight again. More

We have all dreaded “the visit” when you go in for service. But I had a new scam I had never before heard on 2/19/2020 at the quick lane. My lug nuts had swollen. $127 fix. As a result, they didn’t ro service. But I had a new scam I had never before heard on 2/19/2020 at the quick lane. My lug nuts had swollen. $127 fix. As a result, they didn’t rotate my tires as asked. If they can’t rotate my tires because of these swollen nuts, how would they have sold me new nuts? Either they will come off or they will not. I took my car to a tire dealer and the tires were rotated with no mention of swollen nuts. I thought swollen nuts were only a symptom of a visit to a strip club. More
