I will not be bringing my truck to Green Ford ever again. I have a 2001 Ford F-250 that I paid $6000 for. I took it to Green Ford to have some little things fixed on it the first time around. Among those th I have a 2001 Ford F-250 that I paid $6000 for. I took it to Green Ford to have some little things fixed on it the first time around. Among those things was a rough idle and smoking. $4900+ later, the engine was still rough idling and smoking. I developed an oil leak and took it to them for that and the engine again. They fixed the oil leak, took the engine apart and told me I needed a whole new engine and that it would be $9K to $11K. I told them to put it back together and I would pick it up. They charged me another $4400. Over $2000 of that was labor. Never again. More

Night drop off,only wanted oil change and to check transmission fluid, bill should have been $60- was $328. No call to discuss pricing and service.
