Was not it until the second day we finally got a hold of someone and they said the delay was because the mechanic had a family emergency. Did every mechanic I have the same family member? Electrical problem For no apparent reason, my vehicle failed to start one day. After repeated jump starts, I took it to Green Ford. They searched for about every electri For no apparent reason, my vehicle failed to start one day. After repeated jump starts, I took it to Green Ford. They searched for about every electrical problem possible and found nothing. They suggested keeping it the weekend hooked to equipment looking for a possible power drainage. Everything passed with flying colors, so I picked the vehicle up. The staff was worried that I would get it home and it would fail again. The problem remains a mystery and has worked fine since. Bottom line here... this shows the dedication and concern that the staff has when diagnosing a problem. Could not ask for better service than this. More
