Should Have Advised Couldn’t Align Car Took my Mustang GT350 for alignment with an appointment. 30 minutes after schedule appointment advised me car wouldn’t fit on alignment machine. I ap Took my Mustang GT350 for alignment with an appointment. 30 minutes after schedule appointment advised me car wouldn’t fit on alignment machine. I appreciate them not trying to make the car fit. BUT. This can’t be first time they have had to do an alignment on a GT350. Car is not lowered. Completely stock. . Been making them since 2016. Wish service advisor or mechanic would have known so I wouldn’t have wasted a morning. Surely not first time they’ve tried to align a GT350. More
Non professional - Non minded I have been going to Green Ford in Greensboro for years. I brought in my Ford Fusion Hybrid to do 30k maintenance which I paid upfront when purchasing I have been going to Green Ford in Greensboro for years. I brought in my Ford Fusion Hybrid to do 30k maintenance which I paid upfront when purchasing the vehicle. There is a guideline to do the job. Engine oil and filter exchange, air filter exchange, tire rotation etc. Very basic. Then I added the service advisor to look at the paint mismatch on the plastic substrate to the metal (bumper to the hood or fender) and then the plastic deformation at the edge. The service advisor ran to my tires and was more interested that I needed to change my tires. Time for selling! I had a son with me who is 7 years old. I also visited the grocery store just before visiting the facility. Thinking that I would be done in an hour or so...I was wrong. The service advisor told me that he may need to keep the car for a day on the work to be done. So I said, fine. But then can you give me a ride back home and he said no as I lived in Oak Ridge. Then I asked him to drop me off at Costco which is less than 5 minutes of drive so that I can wait for my wife there instead of waiting at the dealership. But again no as the shuttle went out and I needed to wait 40 ~ 50 minutes again to get the next one. I decided to walk in the cold with my son and carrying the heavy stuff on my shoulder. A lot of thoughts came into me while walking to Costco. And guess what, after reaching half way to Costco, Green Ford shuttle was passing by with one person in the car. I thought I had to wait 40- ~ 50 minutes! Once the service was done, I got a call and went to see my car. I already lost trust in everybody there. Looked into the service sheet and found out that they only did oil and filter change. I asked, did you do tire rotation? The answer was yes. Did you do air filter change and the answer was yes but why do I not see the history on the paper work? Besides let us go to the car and look...Well the air filter was not changes and one of the engine cover that had a stud to secure the bolt of the air filter was partially broken. So I had to leave the car there. Next day I went to see the car and now the service manager came and apologized a, b and c.... At home, I looked into my tires and found out that the tires were not rotated as one of my tire (driver side rear) had low pressure and they did not even fill that up. So ... 1. No tire rotation. 2. No air filter replacement. 3. No tire quotation. Took me a day to do air filter replacement and the tire quote and I still did not get the tire rotation. Yes, I can go back and ask but I am tired and don't trust their service. Besides, how does a service advisor not know what API SN grade means? This is the engine oil grade and not air filter! I was definitely disappointed and cannot forget all the thoughts that I had when walking to Costco with my son in the cold when their shuttle passed. Green Ford Service, you definitely lost a customer. I had such a great expectation and satisfaction when Cameron Haas sold me the car but you burned them all in one visit. More

Another technician who works on on imports drove it for 30 seconds and asked me when we're we getting the transmission looked at. That doesn't say much for the dealership More
