Dealership is great, but avoid this person Two weeks since my last visit to the dealership, I came up with money for down payment. Liked the SUV I looked for. Made an appointment with Sales and Leasing Manager, Harold Allen. All of sudden, I got an email saying he can't help if I don't have down payment, and all of that...clearly jumping the gun and not aware that I have secured the down payment aside... RUDE. Jumping the gun is going to cost you the positive review. Will not deal with that sales manager ever again. Missed opportunity stinks. When you come in this dealership, avoid dealing with him. Everyone else is fine. Will continue bringing my car in for services when needed. Other than him, I love this dealership. More

My first FUN buying experience! I located the item I wanted online, the price listed was the most competitive of multiple dealers I checked. I applied for financing online (this sped I located the item I wanted online, the price listed was the most competitive of multiple dealers I checked. I applied for financing online (this sped up the process drastically) I was then contacted by Taylor and asked to come in. Once I got to the dealership I met Wiley! Wiley is an amazing salesman and a genuinely nice person! There was no pressure! I told Wiley what car I wanted to look at and test drive. I loved the car! Wiley was then able to get me financing in the price range I wanted! Excellent buying experience. I will recommend Green Ford and Wiley Bass to all of my friends in the market for a new car! More
Easy Dealings Found a truck online that was at Greene Ford. Called and they went and put eyes on it to make sure it was there before I drove 45minutes. Was met at the door and greeted and everything else from the test drive until I drove it home was easy. Great customer service in sales. Took a star off due to the detailing of the truck,. They cleaned the outside well but the inside was halfway done. All and all a great place to deal with! More

I've researched the issue online and this has happened to others. I feel like the mechanic didn't want to do the work. Only wanted to plug up to a machine, if that didn't solve the issue then he didn't want to trouble shoot or make calls to research the issue. I had to buy a battery, which I dont think I needed. Then that one went dead in two days because the issue wasn't resolved. I would like to be called about this. More
Good service - Almost great I had to bring my car to Green Ford bc it had a recall for a few items. Well, when I pulled up to the service bay, I had to wait almost 10 mins before I had to bring my car to Green Ford bc it had a recall for a few items. Well, when I pulled up to the service bay, I had to wait almost 10 mins before anybody acknowledged me, which I thought was strange. Once I was able to pull into the bay, things went very smooth and I picked my car up the next day, which was very good! More
Not like it used to be Not sure what has happened with the Green Ford service department but I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced there for about 6 years and can tell you t Not sure what has happened with the Green Ford service department but I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced there for about 6 years and can tell you there has been a serious decline in the service experience. I came in for an inspection and oil change and had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up I had to wait for someone to notice me even though they opened the garage door and I drove in - no other customers were being waited on. My first impression was when I called to make an appointment a week earlier and the person on the phone seemed very unknowledgeable on the services offers and seemed like i was inconveniencing them by making an appointment. I waited in the waiting room for almost three hours for an oil change and inspection! No updates or information along the way. I had to walk out and ask after 2.5 hours how much longer and was told they were just finishing up. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes! When I went to check out I asked to see the inspection report from “the works” service I got done and was told the receipt is all they had and I would need to talk with a service tech if I have questions. I went out and asked a service tech and they walked back into the cashier that just waited on me and got the service report that she apparently didn’t have when I checked out. It was a very unfriendly and non customer center visit. Almost like everyone hates their job and customers are a burden. I’ve been getting ford service for 15 plus years across the country and this has been by far the worst experience. I’m debating ever going back there. More
Wobderful Calvin did a great job keeping me informed about my car because he had to order my parts and he let me know the cost of my repairs when he called me. Great service I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nice people to work with they have taken good care of my Escape. They quickly take care of any problems I might have,alth I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
