Over charged along with bad customer service My daughter's is in school in Greensboro. Her serpentine belt had broken. I had towed to the local Ford Dealership, there in Greensboro, Greens Ford. My daughter's is in school in Greensboro. Her serpentine belt had broken. I had towed to the local Ford Dealership, there in Greensboro, Greens Ford. They overcharged for the serpentine 377.00 as I called my local Ford dealership here in Raleigh-Durham they quoted me 177.00 & approximately 220.00 altogether. My end cost with these guys was 540.00. Highly disappointed with the service as I have multiple Ford cars and never had this issue. I called and was told someone would contact me back. I never received a call back. By far the worst experience from a Ford dealership and should be shame of themselves. More

Purchased a used car not properly prepared for sale Customer was told that purchased car was ready for pick up, but in fact the interior had not been carefully cleaned and smelled very bad from previous Customer was told that purchased car was ready for pick up, but in fact the interior had not been carefully cleaned and smelled very bad from previous uses. Also promised fill up gas tank had not been done. It was then discovered that the switch opening the filler door was in operable. Customer had to return the following day when the ordered part was received and installed. Up to this point The staff had seemed uninterested in bringing the car up to customer expectation. However an employee named Kevin was eager to make the vehicle acceptable, and did so replacing the cabin air filter and asking that the interior of the vehicle be cleaned again. His eagerness to please was not encountered in any other employee at the dealership. More
