slow service. I made my an appointment at 7:30 in the morning to have the oil pan gasket replaced in my 2015 F-150. The mechanic did not start the repair until 2:30 I made my an appointment at 7:30 in the morning to have the oil pan gasket replaced in my 2015 F-150. The mechanic did not start the repair until 2:30 that afternoon. I was without transportation all day for work that only took several hours. What is the point of making an appointment in the morning, if they are not starting work until that afternoon? Future work will be done elsewhere. I give credit to the service person that checked me in for not being more angry and vocal when I picked up my truck. More
Dealership Passing the Buck People buy new cars because they want the dealer warranty. What I experienced was Ford coming up with quick response on trying to get out of warranty People buy new cars because they want the dealer warranty. What I experienced was Ford coming up with quick response on trying to get out of warranty for an explorer with 30,000 miles that is still under the Ford warranty. Rather than ask questions, warranty staff came up with quick answer to pass the buck. I am going to file a complaint with BBB and see where I can take this since this was obvious Ford was trying to pass the buck and hope the customer would go away. More

I am not a Ford person, so normally I would not have visited Green Ford, but they had a vehicle I was interested in so I went to take a look and to my surprise everything was great. First of all, I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento and it was used and I was advised that almost all of their vehicles both used and new have a lifetime guarantee of the warranty on the engine and transmission. I also got 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation and these are free of charge. There was an issue on my part where I overlooked the price that the internet had it listed for and it was 1k more than I wanted to pay, so I thought it wasnt going to work out, so I left and they called back and said they would make it work. Kerry took care of me and was great--very honest and not pushy at all and Keith in the finance department was also very helpful and gave us many options. I would definitely reccomend checking these guys out! More

Went in for a maintenance oil change and yearly inspection. I usually make an appointment but I was in the area so I drove in to see what could get done. Chad explained my car had a recall. Helped schedule the oil change and recall fix. Got the inspection done that day. Kenneth has been helping me for years. The day I came in Chad was available to talk with. The day I picked up my car Kenneth help retrieve my car. Brought it around to me. Excellent team work. More
Abysmal experience Took the truck in for diagnosis, was told it was ready to be picked up. Came to meet with a sales rep, went to get the truck and it wouldn't start. Next day was a holiday so I spent the day without a vehicle only to find out they took a fuse out and didn't put it back. All I wanted was a diagnosis. More
