Dealership will not help a loyal customer I am always early on payments and pays for extended warranty every month. I've had issues with my speedometer, my radio, and now I have a windshield l I am always early on payments and pays for extended warranty every month. I've had issues with my speedometer, my radio, and now I have a windshield leak that green Ford refuses to fix. My factory warranty went out 2 months ago and that is why green Ford wont fix this. My car only has less than 20k miles, it's an extremely young car. I have 2 people lined up to purchase cars from green Ford but I do not think I will be referring this dealership any longer and will be advising they cancel any appointments with green Ford. This is my worst experience purchasing a vehicle, I am extremely upset and disappointed. More

Feel lied to We feel it should have been disclosed to us BEFORE the sale was completed that there was only one key fob. Great Service Recently I had an issue with the chrome finish on my F-150 wheels. I contacted Green Ford and they told me to bring it in so they could take some pict Recently I had an issue with the chrome finish on my F-150 wheels. I contacted Green Ford and they told me to bring it in so they could take some pictures and submit them to Ford. Since it was a warranty claim they told me it might take a couple weeks before they would know anything. Two weeks later, Green Ford contacted me and said they had a brand new set of wheels for my truck and scheduled an appointment for service. I couldn’t be happier with the service Green Ford provided and my wheels look great again! Thanks Green Ford! More
