Service Visit (oil change) I went to get my oil changed. I had an appointment at 1:00. I did not leave until approx 3:20. NOBODY ever came to check on me nor did anyone com I went to get my oil changed. I had an appointment at 1:00. I did not leave until approx 3:20. NOBODY ever came to check on me nor did anyone come to let me know what was taking so long. I HAD NO FEEDBACK at all. I was highly disappointed although the service manager was very apologetic and gave me a free oil change on my next visit. I am thankful for that. More
