Dealer would not honor terms quoted by sales associate The online sales associate was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and I verified with them that the 0% financing offer was available at the pri The online sales associate was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and I verified with them that the 0% financing offer was available at the price listed online before coming in. I talked to a different sales associate when I came in to test drive the car who was also great. However, after spending almost 2 hours at the dealership, the sales manager insisted on a much higher price to get the 0% financing. Even after I stated that I was not interested in financing at anything other than 0%, the sales manager continued to explain to me, as if I were a 5th grader, how the interest rate would affect the monthly payment and tried to convince me to accept a higher rate. I was very disappointed with the outcome and the unwillingness to honor the original offer or work to achieve a positive outcome, as I was ready to purchase the car that day. I am very unlikely not do business with Green Ford in the future and cannot recommend them. More
