Jordan even showed me I was very happy with my experience from start to finish. I worked with Jordan Robertson on the sales end and he was wonderful. Jordan even showed me the options on the truck before I left and answered every question I had about the options. Dria Johnson was the finance women who helped us and my wife and I just loved her personality. She answered all of our questions as well and expanded on her answers if we needed her to. I would definitely recommend Green Ford to any of my friends. More

The only suggestion I have - when the vehicle is ready to be turned back over to the owner, have it parked in an area where they can get in and pull right out. I had to turn my F-150 pick up truck around in a very tight area in order to drive off the lot. More
Warranty oil leak I noticed an oil leak near the turbo on my RS. Took it to Green Ford and they found the leak and fixed it in a few days. Vehicle was worst than led to believe I purchased a used vehicle put down 5000.00 with thinking vehicle was in good condition. Only to find out that the vehicle needed a feul pump. Told I purchased a used vehicle put down 5000.00 with thinking vehicle was in good condition. Only to find out that the vehicle needed a feul pump. Told that I bought the car as is and that Green Ford will not be doing anything to assist in fixing it. There were other things that I had fixed that cost approximately 250.00. The feul pump to be fixed cost approximately 1000.00 with no assistance from Green Ford. More

If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't I need an entire book to detail my experience. Since I don't have time for that, I will whittle it down to my biggest issues. 1. It was a long wait ti I need an entire book to detail my experience. Since I don't have time for that, I will whittle it down to my biggest issues. 1. It was a long wait time. I know buying a car is a process but there were way too many steps especially since it wasn't like credit was an issue. Plus, they could have been handling certain things (like cleaning the car and getting it ready for me while I was signing the papers) to speed the process up instead of having me hanging around. 2. Poor customer service. I had to make repeated attempts on my end to make them keep their word on things they would do on the vehicle. I still ended up having to make several trips back to the dealership... one of which to get them to put all my documents on the USB drive Dria supposedly did when we were signing papers. This took my whole lunch hour which goes back to point 1. Also, they were supposed to be ordering a missing part for the car. They never called me to tell me it was in, gave me the wrong hours of the service center, and then the service center rep gets mad at me for coming in the day I was told. Now, I am trying to figure our why 3 weeks later my trade in has not been paid off because my normal payment date is tomorrow. Apparently (based on several calls) the ONE lady who handles this was on vacation and is now sick. ONE lady? Even if it is more than one lady or there is some other explainable reason, no one I talked to knew the answer so again...headache. This was all just tip of the iceberg stuff for me. I'm so over them. Like my title says, if I could go back in time, I would not go there again. More
Disappointed in lack of commication by service staff Brought in my truck for a recall notice and dropped it off. I asked when they close so and that I could pick up at end of day. They said no problem, shouldn't be that late, but at the end of the day when I called to check they said it was not ready and the recall is an all day job. No one told me that at the beginning, but the next day I didn't get a call either so I called in the afternoon and they apologized and said my tech was out sick and would have call me back with the status. Two unexpected days without my truck and no bother to call. The work was done and OK, but I can't believe they are not more professional in communicating with customers. More
