I did not have a good experience with the closing process though and would not recommend the finance manager. Just because I did not want to buy any additional coverage she was condescending and insulting my intelligence. She does not know customer service at all, if she is not selling additional products then she doesn’t make commission money and that ticks her off. I am just taking one star off my dealership rating because of this final experience. More
