Beyond expectations I was very impressed with the staff at Green Ford. Rachael did a great job getting at what I wanted to purchase and offered options that I had not co I was very impressed with the staff at Green Ford. The financing went well- I got the rate 3.29 that was posted on the B of A website that I researched before coming to Green. Ford. Kerry introduced me to Alex who will be helping me get situated in the Escape. Kerry was a great help in actually reviewing at the vehicle with me. He was very knowledgeable and engaged- not only about the Escape but about Green Ford, too. I had time constraints which Kerry worked with very well and he helped me get my current car dropped off so I could drive home in my Escape. I will most remember his final comment to me - it was getting dark and I wasn't familiar with all the features. So he was looking over the settings - the lights, etc. and said to me "I want to make sure you're safe driving home." Can't ask for more than that - I experienced professionalism, competency, and amazing character in my experience at Green Ford. More
