You’ll have to schedule a separate appointment with them (the body shop) and have them to have that looked at It. No biggy now since it’s was only cosmetic but need to remember the body shop and service area are two separate shops. :~( More

Tire swapout (4) I came in on short notice to get 4 tires swapped out (mud & snow for reg. tread). I was welcomed and the Maint. advisor, Ms Ashley noticed an anti-fre I came in on short notice to get 4 tires swapped out (mud & snow for reg. tread). GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car was stalling out and I brought it in on a Saturday morning. Some things were checked out and a recall done. Unfortunately, the next day the same things happened. I called on Monday morning and talked with Teresa. She had me bring it right back in and provided me with a loaner vehicle. She and Ashley worked with me to make sure you guys figured out what was wrong. Within 24 hours you guys figured it out, fixed it and I was on my way. Everyone was extremely helpful and I can't tell you how nice Ashley and Teresa were. They should get 10 stars!!!! More
