Here is where Chevrolet missed: When I spoke with the on-line sales rep (Rachael-Green Ford), I actually got to meet them as opposed to local GM dealers who redirect you to a sales associate without ever meeting the person you spoke with on-line. They (Rachael) not only greeted me when I arrived, but brought a bowl of water and dog treats for my dog that came with me. And Lawrence, the sales (professional); all I can say is this guy is the absolute best! Very professional in every way. He (Lawrence) is representative of how Green Ford actually cares about its customers. This is a dealership that does what it says it will do and actually cares about its mission statement! One more thing: Ford supplies a day planner type binder for the owners manual. Chevy? They come in a plastic ziplock bag. Little things like this matter! Perception is half the battle............
