The Works - Diesel I drove up to the service writer point, gave my name for my appt. and turned over my key. I was politely directed to the waiting room where I was able I drove up to the service writer point, gave my name for my appt. and turned over my key. I was politely directed to the waiting room where I was able to enjoy coffee from the Kureg coffee machine while I waited in a very comfortable lounge chair and watched some television. They don't compare to the Flow Mini waiting room though (hint, hint), since the snacks and drinks are free all around there, whereas, the Green waiting room has vending machines. As I pointed out earlier, there is a coffee machine I use for free, plus there's water in the fridge, but sodas and snacks (free at flow mini) are in vending machines. But I digress... my truck was expertly serviced in short order and the cost was very reasonable. The personnel throughout Green are very personable, professional and helpful in every way you'd expect from a well run organization. More

oil leak i thought i had a oil pan gasket leak and it turned out to be a bad oil filter / i think green ford for being honest about it / i was told by 2 other i thought i had a oil pan gasket leak and it turned out to be a bad oil filter / i think green ford for being honest about it / i was told by 2 other companies that the oil pan gasket had to be replaced. and that was not the case they wanted over $2600.00 to even start on it and it ended up costing less the $250.00 thanks again green ford and all the wonderful people that works there. New windshield wipers Fords replacement wipers- Motorcraft, should not be on the market for my car! First day on the car, They stop mid swipe & studdered, then stop again. Fords replacement wipers- Motorcraft, should not be on the market for my car! First day on the car, They stop mid swipe & studdered, then stop again. Very distracting for the driver. Green Ford replaced those with great ones and quickly! Had to pay outside my warranty, but it's better than the Motorcraft! More
