My wife and I purchased a 2019 mustang gt. It did have a differant echaust on it. But when we took the car to be inspected a year later. We found out it would not pass. Told the car was considered new when recevied at green ford. There fore it only needed safety inspection. Now David Stynick has been helping to resolve the problem. No problems with him. But as I am doing this review, our car has been there for a month. Just to fix something that should have been done originally. More
I would give NO STAR RATING I for NO STAR SERVICE…My CAR was in WORST SHAPE AFTER YOUR SERVICE than it was BEFORE YOUR SERVICE. After you SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED the SUNROOF AIR came through, the GLASS R CAR was in WORST SHAPE AFTER YOUR SERVICE than it was BEFORE YOUR SERVICE. After you SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED the SUNROOF AIR came through, the GLASS RATTLED/RAISED UP and VIBRATED as if IT WOULD BLOW OFF…BEFORE YOUR SERVICE ONLY AIR CAME THROUGH the opening and the GLASS WAS VERY SECURE. YOU DID NOT SECURE THE SUNROOF GLASS AT ALL which COULD HAVE CAUSED HARM TO WHOMEVER WAS BEHIND ME.. I SECURED THE SUNROOF MYSELF WITH GORILLA TAPE AFTER I PAID $328.00 for YOUR LINCOLN SERVICE.. YOU DON’T DESERVE 1 STAR….. More

Everything went well with the service of my truck except I noticed after I left the decal for next service was calculated wrong. Truck had 51000 when serviced and new decal on windshield had next service I noticed after I left the decal for next service was calculated wrong. Truck had 51000 when serviced and new decal on windshield had next service at 46000. Simple mistake and service tech corrected it when I returned. More

Purchased new tires. Had to return three times to get it right. Tech rounded out every lug nut, making it impossible to remove the wheels. Tech also chipped the paint on three of the wheels around the lug nut holes. The 1st return was because the tech forgot to return my wheel lock key. 2nd return was because one of my valve stem caps missing. The service advisor tried to claim it missing when it came in. My confidence in this dealership’s service department is low. How they handle my lug nuts and chipped paint will determine if I continue to use them. More
