I was lied to twice. My windshield was supposed to be replaced. They wouldn’t pay the extra $83 to get the same windshield with the decals. They would only approve the aftermarket after they said they wo replaced. They wouldn’t pay the extra $83 to get the same windshield with the decals. They would only approve the aftermarket after they said they would replace it. I had to pay the extra $83. When I left Green Ford, they only gave me one key and it had a rubber band around it. I took the rubber band off and the key fell apart. I called my salesman and he said he would find me another one. Now, he won’t answer or return my calls. I found out that the keys are about $200. I’ve never experienced people like this at a supposedly reputable dealership. Most reputable places do what they can to please their customers. They lied to me twice over a total of $280. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there. Thanks for your time More
