Had everything nego prior to going to dealership. Was told to come in and I would be there max 30 minutes. I didn’t even drive the vehicle prior to signing so that I could get in and out and not delay ge told to come in and I would be there max 30 minutes. Yes, I did decide to trade my current vehicle which I understand they had to appraise however I was there over 3.5 hours on a deal that was a mostly completed. After the sale I called Green Ford because the new finance company said they was missing documents that I had given to sales and finance. I left 3 messages with no return calls. Someone followed up to ask how things went and I told him I was waiting on call from sales and/or finance and he said he would go find them and get one of them to call me and still nothing. To this day they still haven’t called. I ended up printing the documents again and sent myself. To say the least communication isn’t great but on a positive note I like the vehicle. More

The dealership has terrible customer service and technicians. Took my truck in for one problem which was not fixed but got it back with a different problem. They did nothing to try and solve the pro technicians. Took my truck in for one problem which was not fixed but got it back with a different problem.
