Since having my Expedition for 3 months, I have had it in the shop 4 times and it is still not running correctly. When I came to test drive the car, the salesman had the car running so the cam phasers were w the shop 4 times and it is still not running correctly. When I came to test drive the car, the salesman had the car running so the cam phasers were warm, hence when getting the car home we noticed the car had an issue. The sunroof was also not working on arrival home. The back cargo mat had also been arranged so as not to see the torn mat. We reported the issues to service and the car made three trips for repairs. After the cam phasers were repaired however, the car was “bogging” when driving below 60. Vibrations were felt especially at low speeds. Also the gas milage dropped 3-4 miles per galloon. Another trip to service and they did an electronic reset. This did not fix the issue and on the way to take the car back for another assessment the high pressure fuel pump went out and the bolt from the pump dislodged into the head. The car then needed to be fixed for over a week again. Then we pick up the car, brakes and rotors were also replaced to keep us “from coming back” but the bogging and vibration is still present at low speeds as well as gas milage being off. The car has spent more time in service than my driveway at this point and no explanation on the issues with the vibration and bogging since cam phasers were changed. More

Had a appointment for an oil change which I arrived 10 prior to, my vehicle was staged and wasn’t taken to shop until approximately 1 hour after the scheduled time. I ask the person that admitted my vehic prior to, my vehicle was staged and wasn’t taken to shop until approximately 1 hour after the scheduled time. I ask the person that admitted my vehicle what the hold up was, and he said a part had to be ordered, so when my truck was finally taken to the shop it sat there for at least 30 minutes, and I walked over to the shop and ask what was the hold up and got the same answer. I noticed that the mechanic was working on another truck, that had been towed in right after my truck was staged. I was sitting in the waiting room with the customer that the towed truck belonged to and he apparently worked with a NASCAR team, his battery had gone bad while on the road. I felt that since I had an appointment I should have been taken care of before the Ford truck that belonged to NASCR team guy. Everyone was nice, but I will not bring my truck to the showroom shop if I can avoid it. I don’t know what the point of making an appointment is. I can’t get over the fact that Green Ford did not have the proper part for an oil change, and am pretty sure I was being put off until you could get towed Ford Truck, NASCAR man taken care of. If I could take my truck to Toyota dealership (Toyota Tacoma) for service I sure would, but I bought the Toyota from Green Ford and have to have it serviced with you in order to get free oil change. More
