We felt we were taken advantage of regarding the service to our escape. We brought the car in to have the recall on the transmission shifter bushing replaced. We ended up with 3 sensors out, a/c failed, bac to our escape. We brought the car in to have the recall on the transmission shifter bushing replaced. We ended up with 3 sensors out, a/c failed, backup assist failed, car alarm system failed and turn signals flashing twice the speed they normally flashed. It cost us over $1200 to repair the car that was not giving us any problems when we brought it in for service. Would you buy three sensors failing at once plus turn signal issues, I don't. We will not be returning to this dealership for future service. More
