My husband and myself were VERY pleased with the service we received while leasing our first new Toyota vehicle. Our sales consultant was awesome. Joe allowed us to look at the vehicle, while showing us a we received while leasing our first new Toyota vehicle. Our sales consultant was awesome. Joe allowed us to look at the vehicle, while showing us all the bells and whistles, without being pushy or pressuring us in any way. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire buying process. We went to the dealership just to get an idea of what we wanted to buy. While having no intention of buying that day, we met Joe and some of the staff at Green's Toyota and they all made it that much easier for us to make a decision. Joe Costanzo was the icing on the cake for us. I am sure that if we didn't met Joe that day, we probably wouldn't have bought the vehicle we chose. We would recommend this dealership and our salesman to anyone who is looking for great service and great new or used vehicles. More
This makes my fifth vehicle either purchased or leased from Green's. I've always been satisfied. I have to drive 90 miles one way, so I wouldn't go back unless I knew I'd be treated well. I bought my first "NEW" Toyota at Green's also. The service at Green's is wonderful and I will only let them touch my car. No one will ever find the service and professionalism that Green's has at any service at Green's is wonderful and I will only let them touch my car. I LOVE the service that I have recieved at Green's Toyota! I can ALWAYS count on the service department to help me with ANY problem or complaint I may have. I have had two Toyota 4Runners, an 05 and my current 07 which I love. I'm the Sales Manager for a large Commercial and Industrial HVAC company and I drive about 30-40,000 miles per year, so I'm always get which I love. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my 4Runner other than Green's Toyota. There is another Toyota Dealership in the area, but hands down I prefer Green's. I have been a service customer for 5 years now and Marion Bailey has been running the Service Department since I have been going their and he runs a tight ship and is second to none as far as I'm concerned. His service team has always been friendly and helpful with my regular service as well as any recommendations for my 4Runner. For the most part I have been dealing with Carrier Walker and Suzanne Chapman as my two service advisors. Although, I have been helped by other service advisors I have been very happy with the other service advisors as well. It's like one big happy family as they call me by name when I enter the service department. I have recommended many people to Green's because of my positive experiences that I have had. I'm glad there is a place where I can share my positive experiences hopefully this will get back to the people at Toyota and will reflect positively on Green's. Sincerely, Jeff Hester More
I brought my Camry in to Green's a couple of weeks ago to the service department because I had a flat tire. I ran over a piece of glass in the road and needed a new tire. He saved me money and was extremely courteous!Last week I had to bring my Camry back to Green's because of two recalls. Suzanne Chapman was my service advisor. She got my car right in and I used the free shuttle service back to work. She explained in detail everything the technician would be doing as a result of the recent recall on Toyota Camry. I have never been treated so nice in a service department. My car was clean when I picked it up! I will never service my car anywhere else but Green's Toyota! Thank you Suzanne and Mike!! It is also where I bought my car and I also will buy all my cars at Green's!! I am directing my gratitude to Suzanne and Mike via this survey in assurance that it will reach their supervisor. Thank for an excellent service experience! I have recommended Green's to many friends and colleagues both for sales and service. More
The service I've received at Greene's as been great. I've never felt like didn't get great service or my car was not serviced correctly. And I will continue to buy Toyotas when this recall is over. More
My wife and I own 4 Toyota vehicles. I personally own 2 Tundras and a Scion. I bought one Tundra and the Scion new from this dealer. They also do most all my service work. My service contact, Kerry Drake, is always very helpful, friendly and gives me good educated advice about repair questions I may have. My wife and I own 4 Toyotas; that should tell you how pleased we are with the products. Green's Toyota is by far the best overall dealership for sales and service that I have ever encountered. More
