Great service and great staff Went into the dealership late at night to just look and came out with a great truck. 30 min oil change 30 minute oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours and 30 minutes. Talked into buying oil plan when bought car. Thought I could get a quick oil chan 30 minute oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours and 30 minutes. Talked into buying oil plan when bought car. Thought I could get a quick oil change. What a fool I am. Could have done it myself like I normally do in 45 minutes with tire rotation. Takes the EXPRESS OIL attendant 1 hour and 30 minutes per car. Talk to service manager who stated should take no more than an hour. You would think since I complained he would have sent the attendant help to get the vehicle out after I complained. Nope. Do not plan in 30 minutes for the change. If you do hopefully you are the 1st vehicle there. Otherwise you will be there all day. Wished I had never paid for the extra services when bought vehicle. That wont happen again. More
