Living in Middle Tennessee, I wanted to be sure tha I located a used vehicle through an internet website linking me to Greene Ford in Gainesville, GA. Living in Middle Tennessee, I wanted to be sure that it would be worth my drive to come to Gainesville to look at a used car they had listed. I called the dealership and was connected with Mr. Grover Young. I explained our car need and what I had viewed on their website. Mr. Young was very friendly and seemed concerned with wanting to help us. A day later, my family and I traveled to their Gainesville dealership and asked for Mr. Young. Upon meeting, Grover was sincere and very easy to talk to. He never pressured us. He just listened and gave us counsel on our questions. He got us the keys for a test drive, gave us all the information we needed and wanted, and then he was super helpful in the paperwork process of buying our new F150. The entire experience was delightful, friendly, and easy for what can be a stressful process. Aaron was an amazing help in the finance area as well.
