I purchased a truck from Greene Ford Company on 1/12/2022 for over $50k. The dealership was supposed to send the title of the car to the NC DMV. They provided us with temporary plates that were expiring on for over $50k. The dealership was supposed to send the title of the car to the NC DMV. They provided us with temporary plates that were expiring on 2/26/2022. When I went to the NC DMV, they told me that they never received the title from the dealership. I called the Greene Ford Company and spoke to Aaron Hughes. He said that there is an 8-week delay at the NC DMV, blaming them for being backed up. Aaron was very rude and impatient. I requested Proof of Delivery from him with the tracking number, turns out they sent the title to the wrong address. They lost the title of the truck. I tried to explain the obvious mistake that they made, but he just got really defensive, and upset, unwilling to help in any way! When I called again today he would just hang up the phone on me; my wife was the witness to all of this. It seemed like he was taking out his stress on me for no reason. Now I have an expensive truck that I cannot drive but still have to make payments on. More

I was greeted immediately when I walked through the service and put store. I was asking if I would wait or would I rather receive a call when my vehicle is ready. I chose to receive a call.
