Oil Change and Brake Repair Service advisor did not ask if I wanted the "Works" at the time of write up. I stated I only needed an oil change. Tires did not need rotating, just h Service advisor did not ask if I wanted the "Works" at the time of write up. I stated I only needed an oil change. Tires did not need rotating, just had them rotated. Did have my front brakes repaired based on the service advisor's recommendation. Problems with the Ford Rewards credit ($24.74) and the complimentary oil change were negated by service management. I was surprised, maybe the brake repair price could have been reduced by $25.00. I've spent a lot of money at Greene Ford in the last 12 1/2 years in repairs. More

Nails in tire I had low air pressure in one tire. Turns out, there were two nails in the tire. I went mid-afternoon to Greene Ford. They were busy but found the I had low air pressure in one tire. Let's all get on the same page I was greeted warmly, but from there things seemed to go downhill a little. Service Made the appointment on line (very easy to do) for the works on my F150. They did a great job and it didn't take the long.
