Exceptional Sales Person I was in for a trade up on my 09" Sienna and worked with Mike Shakro. I really had no intention of buying a new vehicle but wanted to tease myself any I was in for a trade up on my 09" Sienna and worked with Mike Shakro. Went in for a failed window motor, came ouBroken windshield The worse service I have ever experienced. The vehicle was brought in for a window malfunction. The initial diagnosis was a broken motor. They replaced the motor and it was still not working. Then they said it was the switch. We told them that we wanted the old motor back as it was not defective and they had already salvaged it! Then when we picked up the vehicle, they're was a for long Crack on the windshield. The dealership is supposed to be more reliable, but they took no responsibility on it. We asked for the check in log that indicates that the vehicle came in with the Crack and they were not able to produce it! They wouldn't let me speak to the manager. I called the director but received no response! More
