Annual Winterization service Had my annual Winterization service this morning: snows put on, car alignment, oil change, new wiper blades, new batteries for key fobs, engine coolan Had my annual Winterization service this morning: snows put on, car alignment, oil change, new wiper blades, new batteries for key fobs, engine coolant flush, top up of all fluids, multi point inspection. Was out within the 2 hour time frame estimated for me, kept abreast of the work being done, what was needed/not. Justin took care of me, very professional. I was able to take advantage of a service coupon, making the visit more economical and received a voucher for a free car wash. Very nice touch, also, having the tech leave a signed card on the dash board with the contact info. of the person I would contact if I had any concerns/comments. More

Service turn around seems much quicker than before and staff seems to be even more efficient than they already were. The lounge area for customers, however, is in need, and long overdue for a facelift, some new bright paint and clean chairs would go a long way to improving its appearance. More
