I agree in that is to long to have you guys to wait for an oil change when you had an appt. We are going to make some adjustments on our end, particularly on Saturdays, to try an avoid this type of issue in the future. While we certainly are not perfect we do strive for 110% customer satisfaction. If there is anything that I can do on my end or if you would like to deal directly with me when it's time to make an appt. However when I was told my vehicle was ready and went to the cashier and checked out I went to retrieve my vehicle however it was still on the rack and had to be washed and vacuumed. I assure you we would be happy to work on anything that anyone has no matter how old. Sometimes when a car is going on 13 years old and not under warranty it doesn't make financial sense for the customer to fix it if the repair is a major repair.
