What could have been an easy/simple deal turned into the worlds WORST buying experience. Me and my dad were looking for a vehicle for my mom. This dealership had the EXACT vehicle that my father and I were worlds WORST buying experience. Me and my dad were looking for a vehicle for my mom. This dealership had the EXACT vehicle that my father and I were in the process of purchasing in Florida. I called Greenway Dodge in Anniston to see if the vehicle was still available. I was told the vehicle was still available and would I like to come view it. I set an appointment for an hour after the call since we had to drive from Birmingham. Upon arrival Monique greeted us. She was VERY nice and showed us the vehicle. We talked a little bit more about the vehicle and how its CERTIFIED PREOWNED. We decided that this was the vehicle we wanted but there were some damages we wanted taken care of. They agreed on fixing all the damages. We went into the dealership and offered $1,000 less than what they were asking. The "GM" said yes to the deal and ran my dads credit. They came back with numbers a bit higher than what we wanted to pay monthly but we decided to just do it because the car was "CERTIFIED PREOWNED". We enter finance to sign paperwork. While we are going over things the finance lady starts trying to sell us a warranty. I brought it to her attention that we didn't need one because the vehicle was Certified PreOwned. She communicates to us that the vehicle was in fact not certified. I show her where on there website it showed it was. She calls Monique in her office to confirm that the vehicle was in fact a Certified PreOwned vehicle. The finance lady then calls the GM into her office where he looks at me and my father and tells us the vehicle is not certified because he discounted it $1000. This was NEVER stated to us when we were talking numbers. He then looks at us and says it looks like we dont have a deal..... I then reply "IT LOOKS LIKE WE DONT HAVE ONE" and we walk out. As we walk out he xxxxx the deal up and throws it in the trash. When we got into the parking lot we decided to look on there website again to verify the info, when we noticed the price had dropped to what we offered. The vehicle still showed to be CERTIFIED. I text Monique (sales lady) all of the info and explained why I was upset/confused. She tells me to wait until the following day to see exactly what was going on. September 1st comes (the following day) and I recieve a phone call that they will do the deal with the vehicle being certified. She apologized several times and understood our frustrations. I told her we would only do the deal if they cleaned everything and repaired all of the damages. She said all of that would be done. We get to the dealership a couple of hours later to sign paperwork and we notice nothing had been done to vehicle. Monique told us her GM said they cant fix anything until all of the paperwork is completed. We said ok understandable. We told her the vehicle still needed to be delivered as we were not able to take it home ourselves. She said ok, and that she would deliver it the next day after everything was fixed. All paper work gets signed and we leave. (Disclaimer: Monique and the Finance Lady were VERYYYYYYYYY apologetic) The GM said absolutely nothing to us the whole time we were in the dealership. The following day comes and we have heard nothing. It's around 2:00pm so i decide to reach out to see what's going on. I don't receive a text message until 5:40pm stating that I needed to call the dealership to see whats going on. Today is now September 4th and we still have no car!! Now I have to drive all the way back out there (an hour drive) for the 3rd time to get the vehicle. That's 6+ hours of my time WASTED. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PROBLEM HERE! ILL NEVERRRRRRRRRR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. How can you have a GM in place that could careless about customer service/satisfaction. Customer service is definitely not there top priority at GREENWAY DODGE ANNISTON. More
When you take your car to Greenway CDJR of Anniston , make sure you take pictures before and after, when you take it to maintenance or any kind of work. They are THIVES, They argue that they install make sure you take pictures before and after, when you take it to maintenance or any kind of work. They are THIVES, They argue that they installed tires on my wife’s Jeep, rotors turned and brakes and thermostat change , brakes are rusted , rotors are eaten up in less that 1000 miles , when she confronted them, the technician disappeared and the lady doing the paperwork argued that they did, we let it go because they supposed to be the professionals, which they are not. The new manager ONLY two weeks into the new job , accused me of swapping the old tires with the new ones , when they charge me for a disposable fee. Does it make since that I will be spending another $2,439.04 to be exact. I asked him a couple of times to show me disposal tire serial numbers , he can’t provide that, why ? Everyone that knows me , the reputation I have , is not what this guy is saying. Guys don’t make the same mistake we did !! SHARE IT WITH YOUR LOVE ONES !! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ More

Complete crooks! Lied to me told the Hyundai kona I purchased for 24, 000. Still had the Hyundai 100 thousand mile warranty. So I understood car 60 thou miles giving Lied to me told the Hyundai kona I purchased for 24, 000. Still had the Hyundai 100 thousand mile warranty. So I understood car 60 thou miles giving me 40 thou left. They told me the bank wouldn't approve the addotional 3thou for a service warranty with them but they were able to add 1,000. For a poly? Something spray and 1,000 gap insurance. I accepted the vehichle purchase only because the Hyundai warranty. Weeks later to find this vehichle is a not certified pre owned and the 10yr 100thou warrant is only for the original owner. They new this. Here's the real problem. You let me take a car off the lot and the bank had not approved the loan yet. So numbers could have been finagled to add the service warranty I needed you ajust the price and not upcharge me. This vrhicle was listed on their website for 23thou but they claimed they had to add a thousand because they had already put this clear coat on the car. Lies! Just an upcharge. If you take 1,000 off for gap insurance and 1,000 that upcharged you would have benn able to give me the number 1 thing I needed a service warranty. I guess you loose money if you did. Their mad at the review i gave on their website so they called me today aaking for a title to a trade. They gave 2thou for my trade. Why would you let me leave with your pre owned vehicle and no title for the trade. Make it make sense. They recorded me so they could come after me. My response was give me my car back and take this ragedy Hyundai you sold me without servicing. Your better off buying a car off the street. They wont even address the service warranty issue. More
If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. Sucks that I can’t, anyways let’s start with the fact that every “sales” price on their website is a lie. We were looking at a truck that was originally 28 that I can’t, anyways let’s start with the fact that every “sales” price on their website is a lie. We were looking at a truck that was originally 28K but sales price said 23K and it actually ended up being 29K. One of the salesmen told me himself their website has a glitch and he doesn’t know why it does that but in order to see what sales you actually qualify your credit has to be checked but the sales price ends up being half or less than half of what’s actually there. So the price is supposedly the original price you see at the top in SMALL font. But this dealership the price was 1K more than what was there on the website in small font on top of the sales price being a lie!!! I’m used to dealing with Kia dealership where all of their prices you see online is what you get even if you see a rebate, it’s what you get! So when I saw their prices I called to confirm with a salesman who said yes come on in, in which we were anyways because they claimed something was wrong my partners van and offered us a 2K credit to use towards a new vehicle. He confirmed the situation we discussed which was to use that towards the price of a new vehicle as well as trade in my vehicle which brings NE, Again I’ve dealt with Kia which tells you any rebates will/can go towards any NE you have which helps your down payment be lower or none!. So we are thinking the 2K credit and Rebates would definitely compensate for the NE my car has. Well there’s no communication amongst everyone in the work place because who we spoke with wasn’t there and they had no idea what was going on. So we got passed that and moved on to their waiting game they play just to gather information.. he comes back about 3 times afterwards to show us a 29K truck quote with 4500 down and 12.99% APR and I was like what is this the price of?? He said if you scroll down and look at a tab that he couldn’t even find I’d see all the rebates that were applied and that I might not qualify for all. Anyways the salesman knew it was all some BS because he didn’t even come back to explain what was even going on someone else did for him! they ended up coming back with a quote of 38K no rebates no 2K credit they promised. No explanation of what was going on there. The paper on the truck said 26K as well, so they marked up the truck just to try to mark it down at it’s actual price saying I qualified for about 3K in rebates on a supposedly 29K truck when the paper on truck said 26K anyways. The whole experience was horrible! Go somewhere else More
