Dealership is the worst Ordered a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition, picked dealership based on reviews, contacted dealership who in turn quoted trade in and sales price. Th Ordered a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition, picked dealership based on reviews, contacted dealership who in turn quoted trade in and sales price. The delivery of vehicle took 6 months, was in contact with dealership (Nateko Thompson) who stated they will honor the pricing quoted 6 months prior. Due to my work schedule, filled everything out prior to me arriving at dealership so I could just sign and drive, assured by salesperson I would be in and out in time to make my later appointments. Once I arrived, test drove vehicle and showed my trade, was told they would be right with me. Me and my wife sat there for over an hour watching the dealership employees eating from a buffet and looking at their phones, ignoring the customers waiting. I found my salesperson and grabbed my trade in keys and began to leave, was told magically someone in finance would be able to help me, shameful, I should have left!! Went into finance, upset and late for my appointments, signed paperwork, briefly glancing over the numbers. When I got home I noticed that the trade in was shorted $875.00, contacted the salesperson who stated that the manager stated that he went over the numbers with me, which is completely untrue and a false statement. i talked to no one prior to going to finance, and wasa not asked about the numbers once in finance, shady switch of numbers. Tried to call and talk to owner, put on hold twice for over 30 minutes. Salesperson will not answer phone or text, really a poorly run dealership, should have known! They need to honor their quote, BUT NOW EVERYONE IS SILENT, WILL NOT ANSWER PHONES OR TEXT, BUYER BEWARE, IN MY OPINION, NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP!!! Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will contact FCA to share my experience. UPDATE: 2 WEEKS LATER NO RESPONSE-BUYER BEWARE!!! More
