Friendly until paid for Motivated and friendly until they get your money. Everybody was very motivated when we first arrived to select our vehicle. Mechanically the car was fine but the detail done on the car was very poor and made most of the imperfections worse rather than better. we asked that this be corrected before we picked up our vehicle on Sunday but the car wasn’t redetailed until we walked in to pick up the car on Sunday. After we took the vehicle we noticed it was missing a floor mat, the key battery was dead and a weird rattling noise coming from the door speakers I addressed these concerns with Logan as they seemed to be easy fixes but was told they could not even change a key battery or give me the floor mat back since the car was sold as is. More
