Got scammed by these guys. Bought a used car here in September. I worked with a guy named Michael. They sold me on the warranty under the pretense that I could call and cancel Bought a used car here in September. I worked with a guy named Michael. They sold me on the warranty under the pretense that I could call and cancel it anytime and that would lower my payments, but when I tried to do that the salesman ghosted me. Earlier this month the car began to overheat so I brought it back and I found out that the warranty would only cover “drivetrain issues” for the first 10.000 miles, but I will be paying an extra $80 a month for the next 5 years for the warranty which had already expired. Then quoted me $3800 for a new radiator and oil cooler. I eventually took it to a shop and had it fixed for 1700, but still had to pay greenway $200 just to look at it. I’ve probably given them my phone number 20 times and for some reason they still call my co-signer. And oh yea my apr is 9% for almost perfect credit. Buy a car anywhere else. More
