Abraham and David are a Dream Team So to be honest, the first time I visited this dealership. I walked around, looking through the new vehicles for nearly an hour, and not a single pers So to be honest, the first time I visited this dealership. I walked around, looking through the new vehicles for nearly an hour, and not a single person approached me. As I was leaving, I was feeling very slighted and upset. Unexpectedly, David ran up to me, and stopped me moments before I got in my car and left. He had been working with other buyers at the time, but saw that I was never acknowledged and wanted to fix the situation. And he did. He immediately made me feel valued, asked what I was looking for, and never once said anything bad or rude about another person or the dealership. He was/is a class act. He knew I had to leave and only had 30 minutes but was willing to do whatever he could to help me for that short window of time, knowing that no purchase would be made that day. Once I left, we kept in touch regarding the specific vehicle that I wanted and he made sure to keep reaching out to me until I felt comfortable and was able to come back and purchase the vehicle that I wanted . On purchase day, there was very bad traffic and I was nearly an hour late to the dealership, but David had already made arrangements for me to work with Abraham in his place. I cannot thank David enough for all of the work he put in motion. Without him, I never would have purchased a new car, especially from this dealership. Abraham is the sweetest baby angel in the world. David knew exactly what he was doing when he brought Abraham into assist me with my purchase. I was looking to trade in my 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland for a new version of the same car. I LOVED my 2012 Jeep, but I really wanted something under warranty, esp. because my work commute recently changed. As someone who was already hesitant to part with a beloved and well-running vehicle, I probably was not the most pleasant customer... and Abraham was so patient, kind, humble, friendly, etc. throughout the entire process. I asked A LOT of questions and he never seemed annoyed or rushed. If he didn't know the answer to something, he would immediately get to work finding someone who could assist. Long story short, it was the first time I've purchased a car and did not leave feeling stressed or worried that I had been screwed over in any way. I hope to keep my new Overland for a long time, but you better believe I will look for Abraham (and David Hemmings) when the time comes to buy another vehicle. We popped in late Sunday just to look at one Jeep and ended up staying late to purchase it wel We had a wonderful experience buying 2 jeeps this week! We popped in late Sunday just to look at one Jeep and ended up staying late to purchase it well after closing time. Which I know can be such a hassle but no one made us feel like we were at all. We came back two days later to purchase the second one and got star treatment again. Everyone we dealt with at Greenway was just so nice, helpful and accommodating.
