Pedro answered all of my questions completely and honestly and was very knowledgeable about the car. Pedro even arranged for me to test drive the Hellcat, which most dealers will not do. Pedro, as well as all of the folks at Greenway Dodge, were friendly and courteous throughout my buying experience. Five stars! More

He was courteous and informative about the car.......as the negotiations went, we came up with a solution that worked for both of us......and I bought the car. Do your homework I did my homework, on the value of the 2016 Charger (as new) I bought from Greenway. and got a really good deal. HOWEVER, their website stated 11 miles on a new Charger. Got to financing, and even the paperwork stated 11 miles, until Brooks, (nice guy) asked my sales guy (Rochev) "so the mileage is 675, is that correct?" I and just stopped the process and had to check out the car (stupid me for trusting it had 11 miles) Also part my fault because i negotiated this car all over the phone and on line with Rochev, trusting this car had really never left the lot. It's perfectly legal for dealers to "run" their inventory under dealer plates and sell as new. But the disclosure of the ACTUAL mileage, HAS to be disclosed upfront. This was a misleading transaction, period. And the sales guy had no good answer and wasn't his fault. Stupid me for not questioning a "new car". Tricks of the dealer trade. I did end up buying the car, because of the value. It wasn't detailed and had a couple of scuff marks I saw after I got it home. bottom line, just go check out what you're looking for. More

The last 2 times I've been here I've purchased 2 cars, somewhere else! The first time we dealt with a salesman that just didn't care so we ended up buying a Nissan down the road. The second time i get there, i talk to Harry and explained to him my previous experience and everything was going pretty good. He showed me some numbers, i told him where i needed to be, and everytime i called him to ask him about the status of my deal he said he'd call me in 5 minutes. Well, he never called back or answered my texts so i went and bought my car at Airport CDJ. Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for 4 years they didn't do anything for me. More

Never issued me plates before temp tag expired I purchased a car at Greenway dodge and my temp tags expired without me ever receiving my hard tags. I called over and over leaving messages without a I purchased a car at Greenway dodge and my temp tags expired without me ever receiving my hard tags. I called over and over leaving messages without anyone ever calling me back. Once they get your money they care nothing about you. The title clerk is incompetent and should be replaced. I'm now missing out on several days worth of work because I can't drive my car. I would not recommend purchasing here unless you don't actually need to drive the car you're purchasing. More
