Inquired about a ram online and via emails. I then asked how now, that I applied for financing how much will the truck be with tax,title, fees and tag. He told me he needed to work on the numbers and he would get back to me. A couple of days go by and I never got any numbers back but he did ask if their is anything he can do for me, so i said yes I’m still waiting on the price of the truck. He then tells me the vehicle was sold, so I asked about what rebates/ incentives i would qualify for the truck only to be ignored again. Basically, they only want to play their game with you and anytime you ask them to do something they don’t want, they just ignore you. More

Simply the worst service I've ever gotten. Trace was the only person who seemed to have any interest in the fact that customers were there. I drove in, sat in my Jeep while employees walked by without saying a word. I asked if I could get out and was told yes, only to be told to get back in and drive forward 1 second later. Then, I asked for guidance on what to do and was told maybe I should talk to a manager. The person went to get the manager and came back to tell me that the manager said I needed to come inside. I said, please tell him that I'm out here with me vehicle and he should come out here. The employee looked at me, walked around the front of my vehicle and left. Trace came along and he got me taken care of. I will NEVER buy or service a vehicle at this place again. There were also other people complaining about the dumpster fire that is constantly burning at this place. Stay away!!! More
