I gave this rating because I am very pleased with Tom's customer service. He has taken car of my issues with the car with proffessio alism and diligents. I had to have the rotors replaces only after 16,000 miles. That sems too early. Things keep breaking like the drop down mirror and the cooler lid in the dashboard. So in short Tom Montano is excellant and the only reason I drive 40 minutes out of my way to use GreenwY Dodge. The Dodge Journey I will give a fair rating. Too many things going wrong. I hope the vabration I am still getting in the front does not cause more damage or an accident. More

We watched the inventory selections of each dealership for two months via the internet. Greenway Dodge always had a bigger selection and lower prices than the others. However, we wanted to get the "best deal" available. We canvassed the dealership’s internet sales reps. TAMMY GAGNON stood out above the others. She kept in contact with us until we were ready to make the purchase. Once we decided to make the purchase we called her personally to schedule a test drive.
