I recently tried to make a deal on a vehicle. I wasn't responded to in a timely manor. The quote was only given after I had my credit run only to figure out it was way over market value in the fi I wasn't responded to in a timely manor. It would of saved me a lot of time if they had just given me a quote off the bat. I wasn't responded to when I asked about certain fees that were applied. I had tried calling him to ask but he did not answer. If you don't want to sell the car for a certain price that is ok but atleast respond and let the consumer know if a vehicle was sold or not. Not sure low balling the consumer on trade is such a good idea either when they had 3 days to give a fair trade offer. Anyway I felt disrespected in his responses and was not happy with the interaction. More
