I echo my husband's review! Sam was such a pleasure to work with. I purchased my previous car (a Toyota Scion) from a female salesperson, and I thought that dealing with a female salesperson was the only work with. Sam was quick to provide a fair price on the 2009 Dodge Avenger that I purchased, via email, where other dealerships only wanted to play games. Rarely in any field these days is good service provided... However, in this case, Sam and his team provided GREAT service, making good on all committments, including the delivery of promised floor mats the day after the sale was completed. Even my wife was pleased with the experience, so much so, that she purchased a Dodge Caliber the same night! I think she really appreciated Sam's attentiveness and genuine interaction with her, especially since her past experiences haven't been so great. Thanks Sam! Thanks Greenway! We love our new cars!! I went to Greenway to purchase an 05 Jeep about a month ago that I had found online. I had been to several other dealerships and made the 40 mile trek to Greenway as I did not like the inventory of other d ago that I had found online. I was talked into purchasing the Jeep that day (JR was very helpful in getting the trade in/ sale for me. The financing department worked very fast and was extremely helpful as well. My negative experiences were not directly related to the sales or financing team, rather Central Florida Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Service Department, and Greenway for not thoroughly inspecting the vehicle prior to purchase and giving me the run around on repair less than a week after purchase. When I purchased the Jeep, I was told there was a few minor things that needed to be taken care of and I could go to a closer dealership to my home and have them taken care of (A/C switch, Door Light Trip). After buying the car (I did test drive it) I learned that a steering shock was bad, as I would lose control of the jeep after hitting bumps on the highway. The driver seatbelt also stopped working 2 days later, and I found that the back window bar was "Stolen" off the lot. I went to get these taken care of at a local dealership and was told that Warranty issues were only taken care of during the week and only paying customers on weekends. I was also reprimanded by them for buying a car in the condition it was, and that my tires were shot as well. Dejected, and seatbeltless I contacted Greenway. My salesman, JR was great at trying to help me get everything fixed, but the dealership would not take responsibility. At the end he had to pay for my rental car out of his pocket. After a while I was able to get most taken care of on the car, but I am still stuck having to buy a completely new set of tires for the vehicle that I paid $12,000 for. They certify that all parts on the car are inspected for safety and even put a little sticker on the window before you purchase it, but unfortuantely my car was overlooked in the process. The tires are dangerous and would never pass an inspection, and the other issues should have never been overlooked. Overall, I do not think I can recommend this dealership as the service I recieved was subpar for the price and trouble I paid. Corners were cut at the expense of the customer, although these days you sort of have to expect it. I feel like it was my fault that I have these issues with the car rather than the dealership that sold them to me. More

Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, they unfortunately didn't have it on the their lot and had to go as far as Miami to find the vehicle I wanted, with all of the options I had chosen. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was so shiny and clean!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and already have. More

Coming from a Chevy family, I must say the reason we now have Dodge's is because of Greenway. I own 2 Sprinter vans and a pick-up truck - my Sprinters were purchased for my business and need to be on the ro have Dodge's is because of Greenway. Sprinter vans are fuel efficient but can be tricky- Marshall at Greenway knows how to work on Sprinter vans and takes care of everything. Before you buy another vehicle from ANYWHERE make sure to check out Greenway Dodge's service department- you will be transformed into a Dodge fan as well. You can't just love your new vehicle you must also love where it will go for servicing, maintenance and repairs. Owning my own business (Pet grooming) I believe that customers can make or break a business and I believe that Jimmy at Greenway Dodge's service department KNOWS that as well. More
