GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Word of mouth is can be some of the best advertising. Someone told me that they really take care of you at this dealership, and they did. My first interaction at this dealership was with Jairo Gimenez. I know these guys get inquiries all of the time, but he didn't just let my inquiry fall through the cracks. So, I just popped up at the dealership one morning, he hadn't made it in, so he asked CARLOS MONTES, to take care of me. Carlos was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me. As we journeyed out to look at the jeeps, he did a great job explaining the different package (things I really didn't know). Then, I saw the color my wife wanted. I told him, "We can stop the search, this is the one". We shared some laughs, test drove it and the process began. They really worked with getting the numbers to where I needed them to be, without compromising either side of the sale. They started the paperwork, picked up my wife, came back, and everything went smoothly. Majority of the people buying a new car are nervous, and/or, have a defense shield already up when they go to a dealership. Carlos and the team over there, instantly made me feel comfortable, with no pressure. He was willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I don't always write reviews, but when I do, I always try to be honest, and give "flowers" where they are due. I would definitely purchase from here again, and I highly recommend this dealership.
