Had a warranty replacement dash pad on order since 3/2020 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, called every 6 months and was told another 6 months each time, called last Friday and after being put on a long for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, called every 6 months and was told another 6 months each time, called last Friday and after being put on a long hold the receptionist informed me they never ordered it and the manager would be calling shortly...he didn't. Called Mon AM left message when he responded, no explanation, no apology, just we can't order it, but when we do it will be 2 more years...my 2nd Grand Cherokee, thanks to this place my last Chrysler product. Thank you for making my $50,000+ car look like trash More
