Our salesman was great, very helpful and responded in a timely manner. Warning— if you buy a used car there is a $999.00refurbishing fee. When I questioned the fee and saw the itemized list the total was timely manner. Warning— if you buy a used car there is a $999.00refurbishing fee. When I questioned the fee and saw the itemized list the total was only $630. That was for detailing $260, inspection $175, oil change $62, shop supplies $99, wipers $35. Offer was made to me to lower fee to actual cost. OK but then there is the $799.95 dealer processing fee. All totaled fees added on were $2,100 not including a tax, title etc. Ended up somewhere else and paid total of $175.00 for fees. All services , including wiper replacement , oil change etc were done to the car we purchased with no additional fees. There is lots of info out there regarding fees, so educate yourself folks. There’s a Fl Statute stating all fees are to be included in advertised price. Rarely happens. More
