I would not recommend them after being ripped off on 2 cars! The salespeople at this dealership act like they have a license to rip customers off. After thousands of dollars wasted on 2 defective cars that they The salespeople at this dealership act like they have a license to rip customers off. After thousands of dollars wasted on 2 defective cars that they sold me back to back, and many phone calls to the dealership to try to get them to make good and refund the money or compensate me for my losses since both vehicles were admitted to their service shop for repairs, nothing was done. I was surrounded by a skilled team of salesmen who worked their commission and gave me a bad deal, they asked to have me bring the defective car back to take to the service shop for repair and offered to sell me another one which was just as bad if not worse, then gave me the run-around when I asked to cancel the sales and just refund me my money. Then, they decided they could not do so because they could not locate both vehicles. When I argued with them that they should find out what happened to my vehicles and cancel both transactions and refund me for my troubles with 2 different defective cars, they said that the burden is on me to hire a lawyer to sue the dealership to recover my losses. My bank has records of all the monies that were taken out till my account was over-drafted. Dealing with them felt like dealing with the Mafia where 1 salesperson handed me down to the next, being put on hold, and not getting any resolution. The salesman said that he will lose his commission if I cancel the sales and demand to get refunded for vehicles that were admitted by the salesman to the service shop. They kept the money and the cars!!! This dealership ought to get investigated for these illegal practices: emptying / over-drafting my bank account and losing track of the whereabouts of 2 vehicles!!! This is beyond theft! Thousands of dollars down the drain! How can they get away with this and not be held accountable is inexplicable. One of their ruthless salespeople Sam Haddad refused to return my phone calls and asked me to sue the dealer if I want to recover my money and I am talking about $35000 that was taken out of my account. Dealing with Greenway Dodge Chrysler & Jeep over this disastrous experience was completely devastating financially and beyond. They need to be stopped. This is illegal! The better business bureau needs to look at all these complaints and put an end to this theft. They DO NOT care about the customer, only money and commissions, period. What a rip-off:-( More
