21 days in the Service Department with no ETA. My 2018 Dodge Durango SRT is still in the shop with electrical issues. From start to finish my buying experience was next to awesome! This was my second purchase from Greenway which is why I came back for my next purchase. Michelle was my salesperson and went well above and beyond taking care of me as a customer (and I am not the easiest customer to deal with). So when you go purchase your next car or truck at GDCJR I would definitely ask for her. The Sales Manager was great also along with the Finance Manager. Top notch team. I did have some minor communications issues with the team but once I voiced my concerns, they listened and addressed my issues without question to complete satisfaction. Great job Greenway Team! I'll be back for my next purchase. More
I’ve been taking my automobiles to the same dealership for the last 16+ years almost 20. Today I had to end our relationship because of poor customer service. Greenway dodge has lost its spare. I didn’t even mind paying those high xxx repair bills when the part cost 60$ but the labor is 300$ shhhhhh. I’m trying to keep my composure here, I’m so frustrated with today’s outcome and I will not take my vehicle there again. 16+yr smh More

I have just spent the WORST time on the phone getting service all day today. I called the main line this morning at 9:30am and selected service - waited over 25 minutes to speak to someone - then to service all day today. I called the main line this morning at 9:30am and selected service - waited over 25 minutes to speak to someone - then to get transferred again so some lady in parts that took my call, put me on hold to yell at someone about billing. Completely ridiculous. I was NOT going to sit on the phone to hear her yelling at someone, then to expect good service from her. Every 2 hours during my work day I kept on taking a moment to call with endless ringing and no response. The Poor receptionist kept taking my calls over 30 to just transfer me to the service line again with no luck. Obviously - today contacting your department was a disaster for such a simple task of checking on a order status and trying to schedule that part to be installed. My second car purchase here - I used to have such confidence in this dealership with Teeko in 2018. Now in 2020 I have had a previous experience of being interested in a new car and getting left in the showroom forgotten by the sales person a few months ago and Now today being ignored in service. Very sad When Got my cars at Greeneway Teeko car my sales person spoke so highly of the dealership, now today to message me that sales has nothing to do with service. At this time i just need help to finish out this last service and not return again. The social media team messaged me that they had a Broken AC, no other manager on site as To help as George Valle as he was out, the system was up and down with over 100 cars in service. Because of those circumstances they could not alert the receptionist in sales that calls are not being answered and to call another day and even update the service message that they are not able to provide service due to unprecedented circumstances. Looking out for profit, not for you While I typically trust the dealership service center to be upfront with my vehicle's true needs, it is evident upon providing service recommendations While I typically trust the dealership service center to be upfront with my vehicle's true needs, it is evident upon providing service recommendations that this service center pushes for pure profit of services. My last two visits here were to replace faulty ABS sensors, both visits coming to 2 very different service totals despite having the same vehicle, same work, same service advisor, same replacement parts, and same labor rate. I suppose the $50 "miscellaneous shop charge" to "use their tools, vehicle lifts, etc." and "Part #52125003AD Wheel Sensor" goes up in price over just a few weeks, right? To add, the service center recommended that I replace "currently working" sensors to “play it safe” in order to triple my bill, and urged to replace my rear brakes and rotors despite the multi-point inspection showing these to be in the "green - OK." These service recommendations were amongst other superfluous "flushings" that would put my bill at over $2K despite the NEEDED service being ~$300. Proud to be a Jeep owner but honestly, very disappointed with this service center. More
