Very challenging dealership to work with. They pulled my credit twice and told me it was not a big deal. The GM was horrific to deal with. Salesman advised everything would be taken care of...lies Bought a NEW car from here, worst mistake of my life. Car was damaged when leaving the lot and I was told everything would be taken care of and fixed Bought a NEW car from here, worst mistake of my life. Car was damaged when leaving the lot and I was told everything would be taken care of and fixed (tear in seat, rough shifting, car shook at high speeds). I then had to drive 6 hours round trip (I live out of town) back to the dealership the next weekend to have things fixed. The dealer neglected to ever ordered the parts in to fix the tear in the seat and told me I would have to come back yet another weekend. The only thing they did was change the tires as they sold me a car with warped tires. While changing my tires they put a 5" long, deep scratch across my car. They told me I would now have to bring the car back during the week as their body shop is closed on weekends. It has been almost 2 months and none of these issues have been fixed. They always say they'll call you back and then never do. Worst service department and dealership I've ever dealt with. More

Horrible experience! My car was towed to the service department Monday June 15, 2020. Tuesday Mr. Able text saying no diagnosis yet and there’s only one mechanic that can work on hybrid cars. Didn’t hear from service department so I contacted him Thursday evening to inquire about my car. Was told He would check and return my call. Where call was returned I was told 10 fuses were missing. He also asked me for more history on the car. After unsatisfactory results I drove to the dealership today at noon. No one was working on my car. Now I’m told 5 fuses were missing and the car was fine. I was charged $296. The check engine light is still on! The tire pressure is on the car runs roughly. This car was not checked thoroughly! But I was certainly charged the full price for a hybrid diagnosis! More
