I’ve gotten three vehicles from this location and this last time was one of the worst experiences. I’ve had in any car dealership. My previous car that I bought from them was one involved in recall, has b last time was one of the worst experiences. I’ve had in any car dealership. My previous car that I bought from them was one involved in recall, has been in the shop for almost a month with no knowledge of when I’m getting another car. So it was bought back by the finance company yet removed it from my credit. And I caught her lying about it because when I showed up, they had none of my information nor did they know who she was, but another sales person decided to talk to me, and I explained this situation all over again to him and I had been to several dealerships who all promised the same, and they all ran my credit and all came back with the same question, and I already informed him of all of this before we even sat down and I asked him not to waste my time or his time they ran as they had already run my credit before I arrived, which I have the documentation that they did yet again, even though I already told him there was no none of the conversation we had prior involved sitting down and they were willing to listen or assist me Even though my car was bought back by Kia it was at the Kia dealership. They had no plans to assist me and inform them not to call me or to reach out to me any further representative was supposed to meet in the store, then called me and asked me if I had made it to my appointment and how it was going as if she didn’t say I was going to be meeting her And her and she went through whole spiel and then had her supervisor reach out to me. Her supervisor also had no idea who I was so either the call center that they have doesn’t have any connection to them or this is all just to get people in and once you’re in , you’re kind of stuck because I inform them that I would be paying for an Uber ride which would cost me $35 and that I would then have to pay for an Uber ride back and I severely asked him not to waste my time as this is now been the second time that I had gone there still for sale on so for sale on their website has been over two months. They are reaching out to me and still calling me about the car reached out to Lawyer who says that I gave them permission to contact me when I fill out the online pre-qualified list. I have received in the past two days 300 voicemails and text messages regarding my prequalification selling me I’m approved. I’m not approved and they don’t have my information yet. They all run my credit before I arrive at these car dealerships. No one ever seems to be there longer than a few months. No one really knows what they’re talking about. They walk back to their manager who I had to explain about the EV tax credit is able to be used as partially down payment , when purchasing a car told me they don’t participate as they were actively selling another UV to someone next to me who they were selling him that he would get tax refund. I provided the evidence after She said she would love to help and if that was true, then they’d be more than glad to assist me. Immediately after showing her the documentation on the IRS website, she told me that’s not her job and she couldn’t help and she was done talking to me. More

Staff was excellent, respectful, and helped me eith everything I needed. They always answered every question, never seemed bothered bu the questions, but simple always wanted to help. I brought my car on for a recall. Sat for a little over two hours and then was told they did not have a part they needed or it wasn’t working. Had to come back a second day. Just moved to Orlando and this was my first experience with Greenway East Kia. Will NOT be going back to this dealership. I was told over the phone about and $100k warranty that may be able to fix my issue. When I arrived I was informed that was for first time owners and paid $224 to find out my sensor would cost $2k.
